<b>LOCUST</b> — A bizarre accident in Stanly County has a communitylooking for answers.

The Locust area softball team held a car wash Saturday to raise moneyfor the state tournament.

While it was under way, a Blazer jumped a curb and ran into a crowd ofpeople.

Forty-nine-year-old Norma Allen was hit and killed while waiting forher car to be washed.  And 12-year-old Jennifer Mullis died on theway to the hospital.
