Army Releases Names of Crash Victims

FORT BRAGG — The Army has now released the names of eight soldiers killed this week at Fort Bragg. The 82nd Airborne paratroopers died when a Black Hawk helicopter crashed during routine training.
First Lieutenant Timothy Alspach was a flight surgeon.
Staff Sergeant Loren Woodrow was an intelligence specialist.
Others on board included Sergeant Thomas Fenton, Specialist Jack Tucker, Specialist Angela Niedermayer and Staff Sergeant Leslie Martin. The co-pilot was Chief Warrant Officer Brad Ronan and the pilot was Chief Warrant Officer Michael Pannell.
