FAYETTEVILLE — An abandoned house is in ruins aftercatching fire, and investigators say the cause looks suspicious.
The fire broke out Saturday night in Cumberland County at a house atthe corner of Wingate and Cumberland Roads.
The house was supposed to be demolished this week. Cumberland Countysheriff's deputies and the Arson Task Force say the blaze could be theseventh arson in the county in the past several months.
