Police Closing in on Blue Light Bandit

DURHAM — Police have released an artist's rendering of the man they say has been posing as a police officer. They say he pulls people over in a big, old, blue or black car with a flashing blue light on the dashboard.

He has a scar near his chin and wears a gold wedding band.

Police say the could be armed and dangerous.
