CHAPEL HILL — The triangle's rabies problem continues tospread. Chapel Hill just confirmed its first case within town limits.
That's the second case of rabies to show up in southern Orange countythis week.
Officials say, regardless of where you live, don't ever toucha wild or stray animal. If you see an animal you think has rabies, callyour local animal control officer.
