RALEIGH — A Raleigh City Councilman wants to bring a campaign to encourage drivers to follow road rules of courtesy.
Marc Scruggs wants to rejuvenate the "Drive Friendly" campaign started by late Raleigh Mayor Avery Upchurch. The program is designed to get drivers to obey the speed limit, stop tailgating, and stop cutting off other drivers.
