More than 21% of North Carolina's four-year-olds enrolled in the state's pre-kindergarten programs during the 2022-2023 school year, up from the prior year but still below the state's pre-pandemic highs, according to the National Institute for Early Education Research.

<b>RALEIGH</b> — A trailer stolen from a church parking lotearlier this week has been found near Wendell, but it's contents aremissing and the culprit is still at-large.

The trailer belongs to Boy Scout Troop 33, and was taken from behindthe Millbrook United Methodist Church. When stolen, the trailer containedthousands of dollars worth of tents, stoves and other camping equipment.

Wake County investigators say they have no suspects so far.
