MORRISVILLE — A huge shopping mall, hotels and corporateoffices may soon occupy space near RDU International airport. It's allpart of a major land deal sealed Friday.
Tri-Land Associates bought the undeveloped parcel of property near theairport for $27 million. The land has been vacant for years.
While most predict rapid growth and development for the area, finalplans on what will actually be build are not firm.
