YOUNGSVILLE — An accident during Friday afternoon's rushhour snarled traffic at the intersection of Highways 98 and 40l inFranklin County.
Rescue crews were on the scene at 6 p.m. because of injuries.
There is no word at this time on what types of vehicles were involved.
