CHAPEL HILL — Fire investigators have determined thatthe fire that killed Roger Tomboulian last Sunday in Chapel Hill wasdeliberately set. They say an accelerant was used to start the fire andthat the victim was found with his hands bound.
The fire occurred at Tomboulian's business, the Total Computer Center.
Police are asking that anyone with information about the fire pleasecall them at 919-968-2760.
