CHAPEL HILL — He probably knew it was against the lawbut, for some reason, that didn't stop a UNC law student from allegedlysmoking a pipe filled with marijuana in a law school class.
Depending upon what law school officials decide, Barry Berman could beexpelled from school. Reportedly, Berman continued to smoke the pipe untila dean entered the room and made him stop.
