RALEIGH — Embattled Wake County Judge Susan Renfer willget another chance in front of the state Judicial Standards Commission.
The state Supreme Court sent Renfer's case back to the commissiontoday. The high court said Renfer was not given the chance to defendherself during her first hearing, in which the commission recommended herremoval from the bench.
Renfer's under investigation for several judicial violations.
