— Neighbors of a North Raleigh nightclub have planned a meeting with police Monday night to discuss noise concerns. Residents near the Marrz nightclub say loud music is keeping them awake at night.

Residents say they have made repeated calls to police and officers have issued several noise citations against the club, but they say the problem is not going away.

Nightclub owners say they have done everything possible to soundproof the building.
