Performing Pachyderms Beef Up for Big Top

Raleigh — Some 700-pound circus stars enjoyed lunch at the State Fair grounds today courtesy of the Farmers' Market. The elephants, which are part of the Ringling Brothers' and Barnum and Bailey Circus, had a buffet of fruits and vegetables.
The circus is in town at Dorton Arena through Sunday.
