Over 200 Cary Homes Without Gas

CARY — A construction crew has cut a gas line in Caryleaving 215 homes without service Thursday afternoon.

The crew was digging in the Glenridge subdivision when the line wascut. It has since been repaired, but utility officials say they don'texpect all service to be restored until around 11 p.m. because servicepersonnel have to restart each pilot light in the area.
