<b>RALEIGH</b> — A judge has ruled that a Harnett Countywoman accused of strangling her son is not competent to stand trial.

Police charged Keturah Reese with first degree murder last Septemberafter she allegedly confessed to the crime, claiming that demons hadpossessed her at the time of her 8-year-old son's death.

Investigators say she strangled her son Justin, then dumped his body ina cotton field.

A judge has ruled that Reese is incapable of aiding in her own defenseand has committed her to Dorothea Dix Hospital in Raleigh.
