RALEIGH — Raleigh City Council had a full agendaTuesday, including naming a replacement for Eric Reeves, who was electedto the State Senate last month.
Attorney Stacy Miller will soon take over as the District Drepresentative. He won over nearly a dozen other candidates.
Miller says his first act in office will take him to the people herepresents.
Miller will serve on the council until next November when he will be upfor re-election.
