DURHAM — Durham firefighters had a busy Sunday. They were called twice to tackle fires at the same office complex.
The first blaze broke out about 5 p.m. at the Academy Center Office Park on Academy Road. Faulty electrical wiring is thought to have started that fire.
Then, five hours later, they were called back again. This time, to a different building in the same office park. The second fire was much larger and spread to two other offices.
Officials are still investigating the second blaze, which may have involved arson.
