Campaign Worker Crashes Car Into House

FAYETTEVILLE — Candidates have seven days to pick upall the signs they stuck on roadsides before the election, and someworkers are already out pulling them up. One worker found the job to bemore hazardous than it seemed.

A Fayetteville woman was picking up signs when her car rolled into thehome of Tom Lindow's family, nearly hitting his sleeping 4-month-old.

The Lindow's children were not hurt. The driver of the car has beencharged with failure to properly park her vehicle.
