RALEIGH — Pre-trial motions for the case of a Cary man charged with killing his pregnant wife continue Tuesday.
William Boychuk is accused of pushing his wife off the Cary Parkway bridge last New Year's Eve. Prosecutors want Boychuk's lawyer taken off the case because, they say, attorney Brian Collins gave conflicting statements to the media and police after his client was charged.
Prosecutors want to call Collins as a witness.
The judge is expected to make a decision on that request by Tuesday afternoon.
