DURHAM — Duke University is getting a helping handwhen it comes to improving education on its campus. A wealthy Texas couplehas promised to fork out $10 million dollars to the school.
The gift will be the largest donation every received by Duke.
The bulk of the money is a matching grant, which means the school willhave to raise money in order to spend the donation.
