CHAPEL HILL — UNC campus police say a construction worker fell about 16feet, injuring his head and arm during night construction on campus.
Jay Munoz, 30, is listed in fair condition at UNC Hospitals.
Police say they are not sure what Munoz wasdoing at the time of the fall, but other workers were at theTellis Swang Building located at Mason Farm Rd. and South Columbia.
Workers at the sight had been working on an extension according to Lt. Swain of UNC Security.
