RALEIGH — Hazardous material crews say they were unable to find the cause of a suspicious odor reported at N.C. State University's

Centennial Campus

Thursday.

A plant pathology research lab in the

Partners Building II

at 840 Main Campus Drive was evacuated after a number of people working on the ground floor complained of an odor coming out of vents.

Several people were checked out after complaining of headaches.

NCSU and Raleigh fire crews say there were no detectible gasses in the building, but will continue to monitor the situationthroughout the day.
