RBC Centura Executive Joins Capital Forum Board

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — Chris Stoecker, a member of the Knowledge Based Industries Group at RBC Centura, is the newest member of the board of directors for the

Triangle Accredited Capital Forum

.

Stoecker is responsible for developing and managing the portfolio of early-stage information technology and life science firms for RBC Centura's group. The Knowledge Based Industries Group offers credit and banking products and services to venture-backed companies.

The Capital Forum is a non-profit organization focused on encouraging private investment in local companies and does not take direct fees in those transactions.

Other board members are: Mike Preston of DBA Capital Advisors, John Draper of The First Flight Venture Center, Tim Tompkins and Mark Larson of Grant Thornton, Scott Ryan of Hutchison & Mason, Needham Boddie of Myers Bigel, Bill Warner and Rich Kramarik of Paladin and Associates.
