SUV Crashes Into Cary Pond

CARY, N.C. — A driver had a wet start to the morning commute Wednesday.

A sport utility vehicle crashed into a pond near the

intersection

of Ederlee Drive and Penny Road in Cary.

Authorities said the driver had run a stop sign before rolling down a small embankment into the water.

No injuries were reported.
