<b>RALEIGH</b> — Wake County Sheriff John Baker is back home.  He was released from the hospital Friday.

He had been there since Tuesday because of gout in his big toe.   Sheriff Baker says it was an old football injury that he aggravated.   He is planning to return to work sometime in the middle of next week.
