Wake Grand Jury Indicts Woman For Ex-Husband's Slaying

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Wake County grand jury indicted a woman for the murder of her ex-husband.

Investigators said Camellia Brown shot and killed Earl Brown in a parking lot at Pullen Park in March.

Court records show the couple spent the last two years battling over custody of their two children.

Police say the children, ages 8 and 6, were nearby when their father was shot.
