RALEIGH — The Triangle's oldest park is about to get a major facelift.
Upgrades for Raleigh's Pullen Park include a larger playground area, moving the community center and adding a parking deck.
It will take 10 to 15 years to complete the project. Now, the city council has to approve the plan.
