RALEIGH — A Raleigh man is dead after being hit by two different cars Wednesday night.
The man has been identified Johnny McClure, 42.
The accident happened along the 4500 block of New Bern Avenue shortly just after 10 p.m.
Police say McClure was trying to cross New BernAvenue on foot when he was struck by a car traveling east.
He bounced off the car's windshield, and was then hit by another eastbound car.
McClure was taken to WakeMed where he later died.
Police say no charges are being filed.
