Special Olympians Sit Tall In The Saddle In Raleigh

RALEIGH — Some very special equestrians strutted their stuff Saturday at the James B. Hunt Horse Complex in Raleigh.

The Special Olympics are holding the North Carolina Championship this weekend, and riders from across the state are competing in all forms of riding competitions, including categories in English, Western and Dressage.

The competition continues Sunday.
