RALEIGH — Ballots in North Carolina's next statewide election will be printed in both English and Spanish.
The State Senate added its support to the measure to get more people to the polls.
Latino advocates say many Spanish-speaking voters still need instructions in their native language, even though Latino voters have to show English literacy to become citizens.
