Cary Police Arrest Man Who Allegedly Sold Soap As Cocaine

RALEIGH, N.C. — A man accused of marketing soap as cocaine is coming clean.

Cary Police arrested Stephen Hoyle in downtown Raleigh early Tuesday evening.

Police had been looking for him for two weeks since he sold a bar of Ivory soap to police for $1,500.

Hoyle could face up to four years in prison for each charge.
