SciQuest provides on-demand management and procurement automation solutions.
Zoetmulder was senior director for information systems and editorial processes for Thomson-Dialog, an online publishing firm in Cary.
"Eric has invaluable experience in developing and leading professional services teams with Fortune 500 companies," said Steve Wiehe, president and chief executive officer of SciQuest.
