Fort Bragg May Be Affected By Military Downsizing

Next week, U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeldis expected to announce a new military strategy.The new plan would abandon the strategy ofhaving enough troops and weapons to fight twowars at once.

With changingtechnology and no clear enemy, the overall sizeof the military is expected to change.

"We are a newArmy, so we think harder and get things done betterand quicker than it used to be," says soldier Jordan Wheeler.

The Army may be the most affected by thechanges, but it is still too early to know how, ifat all, they will impact Fort Bragg.
