Courtney Gulley, Devon Gulley, and Christopher Crowder went before a magistrate early Thursday.
They are charged with 150 counts of armed robbery and kidnapping. The robberies happened in Raleigh and Cary over the last two months.
Cary police helped catch the suspects by predicting their next crime.
"Our officers were able to keep an eye out in those areas. Sure enough, in one of those areas, a couple of our officers were sharp enough to sport a couple of individuals acting suspiciously, stopped and interviewed them. That led to a coordination with Raleigh," says Chief Winfield Hunter of the Cary Police Department.
The men are in jail today, each on a $10 million bond.
