<b>WAYNE COUNTY</b> — Deputies say they have the person described as the "The Clown Bandit" in custody.

Investigators arrested Albert Sebourn, 23, Tuesday night.

Sebourn, who deputies say wore a clown mask and held a shotgun during robberies,  is charged with three counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon.

In two of the three cases, deputies say store clerks were injured when the gunman jabbed them in the face with the shotgun.
