Your Questions Needed for Citizens Forum

RALEIGH — Do you have a question for North Carolina's Democratic or Republican candidate for governor? Which election issues are most important to you? Here is your chance to make your voice heard.

On October 26, candidates Mike Easley and Richard Vinroot will participate in a televised citizens forum sponsored byYour Voice, Your Vote.

Questions asked during the forum will come from audience members, questions on tape and from youre-mail.

The one-hour event will be held at 7 p.m. in the Old House Chamber of the State Capitol in front of a live audience. The forum will be televised live on WRAL-TV. Your Voice, Your Vote is a partnership of North Carolina newspapers and broadcasters whose goal is to promote substantive discussion - by the voters, candidates and news organizations - of important issues in major statewide elections.
