FAYETTEVILLE — A Fayetteville man has been arrested on child pornography charges.
William James Strickland, 45, of Fayetteville, is charged with four counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Investigators say a tip led them to Strickland, and a search of his home uncovered sexually explicit material involving minors.
Some pictures dated back nearly seven years, police say. Strickland is being held on a $1 million bond.
More charges are possible, investigators say.
