Its "Fuel" mobile content delivery platform received the prestigious "Best Service Delivery Platform" honor at the global 3GSM World Conference for wireless services providers in Barcelona, Spain, this week.
Motricity's software works with all major manufacturers, devices and content types deployed by wireless network carriers. The purpose of the software is to help "deliver the right content to the right mobile device at the right time".
The Fuel platform was one of 100 finalists selected from more than 500 entries. Among its competitors were offerings from Microsoft and Motorola.
