DURHAM — Durham police believe they have solved a murder that happened over Father's Day weekend.
Police arrested Haywood Brothers Thursday afternoon at a local home. He is charged with killing Troy Taylor.
Taylor lived in Atlanta and was home visiting his family in Durham. He was shot to death, and his body was found in his burning rental car.
Police say a Crimestoppers tip led them to Brothers.
