<b>HARNETT COUNTY, N.C.</b> — Charges are pending in a wreck that sent six people, including a 3-year-old to the hospital.

The accident happened Tuesday on Highway 210 near the Cumberland-Harnett County line. Troopers say a sport utility vehicle hit a car, which then spun into a pick-up truck.

Five people were sent to Womack Army Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

The child was airlifted to UNC Hospitals in critical condition.
