Posted Updated

RALEIGH — The results of a new Louis Harris poll show that most adults feel that laws against drunk driving need to be stronger.

Ninety-one percent of adults surveyed think teen drivers using alcohol should have their license suspended immediately. Two-thirds of adults polled also approve of releasing photos of repeat offenders to television stations and newspapers.

The survey of 1,000 adults was conducted over the Labor Day weekend
