Policd say they don't really have all the facts yet, but they are confident that some charges will be brought.
The alleged assault reportedly happened Tuesday in the bushes behind Wren Memorial Library. A 12-year-old girl claims she was raped by a 15-year-old boy. Two other juvenile males reportedly witnessed the incident.
No suspects have been questioned. The girl has been taken to a local hospital for tests. Police say they are waiting for the results of those tests before they take any further action.
Everyone who is allegedly involved attend the same school. Because of the ages of everyone involved, police say they will be very cautious in their investigation
