BENSON — A Florida man is facing criminal charges for an accident that occurred this past weekend on Interstate 95 in Johnston county.
Two people died in the accident and two others are hospitalized.
Police say the Florida man parked his car in the left lane of the highway after being involved in a minor accident. His vehicle was hit by a third car, then by a fourth.
Those injured or killed were in the third and fourth vehicles.
The driver of the parked car is facing two counts of misdemeanor death-by-vehicle
