RALEIGH — Congressman Bob Etheridge says the IRS owes tax refunds to 3,000 North Carolinians, including 400 Triangle residents, who have not received them yet.
The checks were mailed out, but they were returned because of incorrect addresses or other problems. The refunds range from $1-$47,000.
