DUNCAN — In Harnett County Wednesday afternoon, there was an accident involving a car and train.
Police say 22-year-old Edward Yarborough drove right into the path of a train.
It happened on the tracks at True Love Road near Highway 42 near Duncan about 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Yarborough, who is from Holly Springs, was taken to Wake Med. Police say his injuries are not life threatening.
