RALEIGH — Raleigh police have arrested a teenager for trashing a new business center on Thanksgiving.

Police charged 16-year-old Carlos Pullen with breaking and entering, vandalism and arson.

Police say Pullen sprayed racial graffiti and set fire to the Raleigh Business and Technology Center on 900 S. Wilmington St.

The center, which will help small businesses get started, was supposed to open next month.

Now, leaders are not sure when the center will open.
