Cameron Village Attempted Robbery Turns Out To Be Film Project

A class project caused quite a scare for Cameron Village shoppers on Tuesday night.(WRAL-TV5 News)
RALEIGH — A film crew received more publicity than they bargained for Tuesday night.

A group of students were filming a video for english class at theAnimal Quackersstore at Cameron Village in Raleigh with a student holding a gun and a sword.

A shopper became concerned and called 911.

Raleigh police confiscated the gun, but let the students keep the sword and camera.

Police have not filed any charges in the incident. -->
