SHARPSBURG — The trial of a Sharpsburg man accused of double murder is set to begin again on Monday following a delay for a mental evaluation.
Abner Nicholson has been found competent to stand trial for the 1997 murders of his wife, Gloria, and Sharpsburg Police Chief Wayne Hathaway.
The case has been delayed several times in the last two years.
