<b>RALEIGH</b> — The case of a missing 12-year-old Raleigh girl   has now turned into a rape and kidnapping   investigation.

The girl was last seen a week ago, getting onto   a city bus.

Now, a family acquaintance,  Ollie Bellamy, 43, is charged  with second-degree kidnapping and statutory   rape.

Police say during the eight days the girl was   missing, she and Bellamy traveled cross-country,   as far away as Arizona and California.
